My favourite place for breakfast in Middlesbrough. Great selection of food and drinks. I usually get the lotus waffles or pancakes and they are so tasty. The staff are very friendly too.

Wow, impressed with the quality of the food here. Was expecting a simple greasy spoon, but the food was cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere, the staff were really friendly, the food was served in a timely manner and hot, all items were high quality and even though I am not from Middlesbrough, you can tell locals populate frequently as staff new names of people. Amazing, will deffo visit again when in Middlesbrough. Truly recommend if you want a great full English done really well and reasonably priced. For 2 people with a drink cost me 23.

We visited for the Baker Street Cafe for the first time today after hearing good things and we were not disappointed. We arrived just before lunchtime and the cafe was busy so we were very impressed at how efficient the staff were and how quickly our food arrived. The food was delicious and a good portion size. We also liked that the cafe is dog friendly and that our dog was served with his own bowl of water and some treats as soon as we sat down. We shall certainly be going back to the Baker Street Cafe as there are lots of other items on the menu we are looking forward to trying. Well done Baker Street team... your cafe is an absolute gem in the town.
